THE BIG ONE

The Worthing Rotary Carnival is the pinnicle of summer events in Worthing, the biggest free to attend charity event.

This free to attend Carnival is organised by volunteers from Worthing Rotary Club and it’s supporting clubs, for over 100 years.

10s of thousands visit this multi location event consisting of a Fun Fair, Market, Stalls, Music, Food & Drink, Entertainment and the Parade.

2026 sees us return to Steyne Gardens for the Cosplay Carnival.

Worthing Rotary Carnival and Experience the Thrill of Cosplay!

This is a FREE to attend, family event, to help fundraise for the Worthing Rotary Club.
All our characters travel to and appear at this event for free to entertain the visitors.
Please do show your appreciation by dropping a donation in the charity buckets.

Where will the main Rotary Carnival event be?

Worthing Rotary Carnival is held at Steyne Gardens

What days will you be there?

Cosplay Allstars will attend both Sunday and Monday

Will you be in the Parade?

Yes, Cosplay Allstars will still be in the parade and we will march past Steyne Gardens

What time does the Parade start?

The parade starts at 12:30.

How much will it cost?

Just like the main Carnival event, it is FREE to attend!
There will of course be some activities that have a charge, to cover costs and collection buckets will be available, please do consider donating, as everyone one of us are volunteers to help with fundraising.

Is there parking?

The various open air and multi-storey car parks, as well as on street parking in the area

Are there toilets?

There are no public toilets in Steyne Gardens, but their are public toilets on the promenade and at The Guildbourne Centre

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

It is on flat level ground, which is predominantly laid to grass. There are paved areas leading to all car parks and public areas outside of the event

It was my first time attending and it was fantastic, everyone in the parade was very friendly and the crowds were brilliant fun!
This is a fantastic event, right on the seafront, with lots of passing tourist trade and a new area specifically for the nerds!

My second time doing the parade this year, we had some amazing costumes and the crowds along the parade were amazing. Always have a great time and lots of laughs, I am really looking forward to next year’s hopefully I will be able to do both days

The carnival is always a highlight. I’ve done it for two years now and each time the parade has been so much fun! The crowds always love spotting characters they recognise and getting a high five.
